Description
About You
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Order Management Specialistto join our dynamic Inside Sales team. In this role you will be responsible for endtoend processing of highvolume complex orders with a focus on Cisco products and solutions.
What you will do in the role
- Process and manage highvolume Cisco product orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales product logistics finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor and track order status proactively resolving issues to avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate records in order management systems.
- Provide timely updates and communication to stakeholders regarding order progress.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills And Experiences
What you will need to succeed in the role
- Experience in order processing preferably in a highvolume complex environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problemsolving.
- Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems and proficient with Excel.
- Familiarity with Ciscos ordering ecosystem or similar tech vendor processes will beadvantageous although not essential.
- Experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) or similar platforms will behighly regarded although not essential.
- Understanding of technology product lifecycles and channel/reseller environments is desirable.
