System Title: TPE Systems Analyst SmartRecruiters
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid model local candidates only)
Work Model: This is a longterm engagement with a hybrid working model. Candidates must be based in Bangalore as occasional onsite work will be required.
We are seeking a highly technical HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance the SmartRecruiters platform used for Talent Acquisition. This role involves system administration configuration and technical analysis to ensure optimal performance scalability and usability of the recruiting technology stack.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR SaaS platforms process optimization crossfunctional collaboration and system troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the SmartRecruiters platform ensuring high system performance and data integrity.
- Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to analyze business needs define requirements and implement process improvements within the platform.
- Draft and maintain detailed documentation such as business requirements functional specifications and user support materials.
- Support end users by resolving technical issues and providing system training where needed.
- Stay informed about new SmartRecruiters features updates and best practices to proactively drive system optimization.
- Ensure smooth delivery of projects by collaborating with business analysts product owners and technical teams.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track system usage and recruitment metrics.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience working as an HRIS/HRIT Analyst or HR Technology Specialist.
- Handson experience administering applicant tracking systems or candidate relationship platforms such as SmartRecruiters Workday Avature etc.
- Strong technical problemsolving and system configuration experience.
- Proven ability to support business stakeholders and HR teams in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience configuring and optimizing SmartRecruiters or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition workflows including recruiting pipelines CRM and onboarding.
- Experience managing integrations with tools such as HackerRank CoderPad or scheduling and assessment platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow JIRA Smartsheet or Lucidchart for issue tracking and documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
