Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated BackEnd Developer Developer (MERN Stack) to join our tech team. This Developer is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build scalable serverside applications and gain realworld experience in backend development.
With deep backend expertise a strong understanding of analyticsdriven systems and handson experience in machine learning and AI agent development. You will be instrumental in developing our core backend services integrating MLbased modules like intent analysis and contributing to the architecture of AIdriven applications.
As a backend developer Developer you ll work on live projects design RESTful APIs and optimize server performance using the MERN Stack (MongoDB .
- Develop and maintain serverside logic using and
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend
- Manage and optimize MongoDB (NoSQL) databases for efficient data handling
- Ensure data security query optimization and server performance
- Implement authentication & authorization (JWT OAuth etc.
- Integrate thirdparty APIs and external services
- Debug and resolve serverside issues
- Write clean modular and welldocumented code following industry best practices
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration
- Stay updated with the latest MERN stack trends and technologies
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of and MongoDB
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and eventdriven architecture
- Familiarity with API development CRUD operations and middleware
- Basic understanding of database design and indexing in MongoDB
- Experience with JWT authentication session management or OAuth is a plus
- Build and maintain realtime data pipelines with Apache Kafka
- Familiarity with Docker AWS or Firebase is an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Strong problemsolving skills and eagerness to learn
