Position Summary
As a Lead Conversion Assistant your primary responsibility is to ensure that when a new lead enters a businesss system theyre followed up with automatically and routed to the correct next step. Youll do this by building and managing workflows inside CRM platforms that automate everything from the first email to the final appointment reminder. These tools are used by digital businesses consultants and service providers around the world.
You wont be in customer service design or content creation. Your job is system setup testing and logical flow controlsomething youll learn by following a prebuilt beginnerfriendly onboarding path.
