Overview
Armoured One LLC located in Syracuse NY is seeking a fulltime Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This is a dayshift onsite position focused on managing procurement logistics and inventory control processes. The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely and costeffective flow of materials and supplies throughout the organization maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing disruptions to operations.
Salary Range: $50000 $60000/year DOE
Responsibilities
- Manage all purchasing activities across operations including project materials supplies and office inventory ensuring timely and costeffective procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels conduct periodic audits and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of purchasing processes and vendor pricing to identify costsaving opportunities and process improvements.
- Maintain and monitor budgets for each department and team tracking all costs against established targets.
- Forecast upcoming needs for highticket and longleadtime items to support project scheduling cost management and supplier readiness.
- Provide regular cost analysis and reporting by department and team to support financial planning and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality reliability and favorable pricing terms.
- Support the creation of purchase orders RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and vendor agreements to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred (Supply Chain Management Business Operations or similar).
- Experience managing budgets vendor relationships and forecasting inventory needs.
- Familiarity with ERP systems purchasing platforms and basic reporting (Excel Google Sheets etc.)
Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset for cost tracking and forecasting.
- Negotiation skills with vendors/suppliers.
- Basic financial literacy (understanding budgets cost centers etc.)
- Comfortable in a fast paced and fluid environment.
