Job Description
Position: InOffice Loan Closer
Location: Ozone Park NY
Salary: $50000 Bonus
Employment Type: FullTime OnSite
A wellestablished mortgage lender in Ozone Park NY is seeking a detailoriented and experienced Loan Closer to join their inoffice team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and values accuracy communication and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare closing documents in accordance with loan approvals and investor guidelines
Coordinate closing timelines with internal departments title companies attorneys and borrowers
Review final loan packages for completeness compliance and accuracy prior to closing
Ensure all conditions are cleared and all documentation is collected prior to funding
Disburse funds accurately and manage wire instructions with a high level of confidentiality
Maintain timely communication with borrowers processors underwriters and thirdparty partners
Track postclosing documents and follow up to resolve any trailing document issues
Qualifications:
2 years of recent mortgage closing experience
Strong understanding of TRID and loan compliance regulations
Familiarity with Encompass or other LOS preferred
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Professional and courteous communication skills
