Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead
As an Automation Test Lead/ SDET you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 4 years of Information Technology experience.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofPrinceton NJ or be willing to relocate one of these areas.This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
- At least 4 years of software testing experience.
- Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
Preferred Qualification:- At least 4years hands on experience in test automation tools Selenium Java Cucumber & SQL
- Experience with tools such as Cucumber TestNG IntelliJ GitHub and Eclipse
- Knowledge and experience working in an CICD pipeline environment.
- Must be Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira designing Testcases Test Execution as well as experience documenting software defects.
- Maintain automated test scripts libraries for Functional Regression testing.
- Hands on experience in Java Programming SQL and UI test automation.
- Experience in designing and building test automation framework.
- At least 4 years of experience on Automation Testing (SIT and UAT) test execution analysis & reporting
- At least 4 years of experience in using any programming language like Java
- Thorough understanding of test automation UI/Backend test automation concepts
- Good Analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Abilities in Test Strategizing planning and coordination.
- Ability to contribute towards in depth technical content required on test automation proposals.
- Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements.
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
- At least 4years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables.
- Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model.
- Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing.
- Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
