Requirements and Experience:
- Maintain a presentable and professional appears at all times.
- Able to provide top quality workmanship at all times
- Ensuring all work performed is compliant with company standards
- Able to offer sound recommendations for customer issue at hand issue proposal with recommendations and/or passing what information is needed to the office to issue a proposal for repairs.
- Discuss repairs with customer and point out any other repairs that will be required to ensure the plumbing repair will be safe and sanitary.
- Complete all job task as expected by customer. Followup with customer in a timely manner to ensure they are completely satisfied with the work.
- Responsible to complete all work orders and ensuring they are accurate legible and completed in a timely fashion.
- Help train team members on CES standards customer standards and educate on plumbing practices.
- Able to travel to various plumbing supply outlets as requested by the Service Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience working in plumbing industry
- Minimum 5 years of customer service related experience
- Must be able to climb and balance on ladders stand/ or sit for long periods at a time must not have a fear of heights among others
Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Florida Drivers License is required
- Incumbent must be insurable at all times by CES insurance carrier
- Florida State Journeyman license preferred but not required
