The Position
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and convert event concepts ensuring smooth planning and exceptional guest experiences.
- Conduct site visits follow up with clients create detailed event documentation and evaluate postevent outcomes.
- Coordinate with event operations and kitchen teams for seamless handovers and execution of functions.
- Partner with preferred suppliers nurturing strong relationships to support event needs.
- Build client networks and relationships to promote and grow functions at both Zoo locations delivering memorable service.
The Person
- Proven track record in event sales and planning including corporate functions and largescale gatherings.
- Experience working in large venue settings providing insight into logistical challenges and event management considerations.
- 45 years of experience in a function venue catering hospitality or similar environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective team coordination of staff vendors and volunteers during event execution.
- Excellent time management communication skills and proficiency in event management software or IT tools.
