What Youll Be Doing
Project Scheduling & Resource Allocation Create and manage detailed schedules define project milestones and ensure resources are used effectively.
Schedule Monitoring & Control Track project progress analyse performance data and identify potential bottlenecks.
Reporting & Communication Provide clear insightful reports (Gantt charts S-curves histograms) and keep stakeholders informed.
Risk Management Identify scheduling risks conduct what-if scenario analyses and propose mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement Implement best practices drive continuous improvements and provide training on planning tools.
Qualifications :
Experience: 2 years in project planning & scheduling within utilities construction or infrastructure.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning software & streetworks legislation advanced MS Excel and data analysis tools.
Analytical & Organisational Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Communication & Collaboration: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for teams and stakeholders.
Certifications: AACEi PSP (or similar) is a plus!
