Description

Join our new LG&R Division at Euroclear and become a key member of our COO office team. You will provide essential support to our Division. We are seeking a dedicated office manager and operations Specialist to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Division in managing daily operations improving processes and ensuring the efficient execution of strategic initiatives. This role requires organisational skills excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the COO in overseeing daily operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive decisionmaking.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the COO.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for executive meetings.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in operations project management or a similar role.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
  • Experience in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization.
