Royal on the Park Brisbanes premier independent 4.5 star hotel requires two experienced Guest Services Agents to join our friendly and highly regarded Front Office team.
There are two positions available;
Fulltime Overnight Guest Service Agent with shifts from 11pm to 7am 5 days a week.
Fulltime Guest Service Agent with rostered shifts 5 days a week.

These positions will suit wellrounded hospitality professionals with the flexibility and experience to work a variety of shifts in Front Office Reception. Key tasks will include attending to the needs of arriving and departing guests administrative duties cashiering answering phones creating and updating existing reservations as well as providing information to guests about the Hotel and its surroundings.
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:
The passion for providing every guest with a positive experience
Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
Previous experience in similar role preferred
Previous experience using Opera PMS preferred
The ability to work professionally under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and handle luggage
