Position Overview
Were seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Director to lead revenue growth and client engagement across the Oil & Gas sector. This is an ideal opportunity for a consultative sales leader with deep domain expertise a hunter mentality and a proven ability to close complex servicebased deals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales revenue from engineering and technology service offerings to clients and prospects within the assigned region.
Travel regionally and nationally to pursue and secure target accounts.
Build and maintain strong trustbased relationships with Oil & Gas customers (Upstream/Downstream).
Develop and execute compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Identify qualify and develop legitimate sales opportunities with a consultative valuedriven approach.
Negotiate contractual terms and ensure seamless transitions to proposal and technical delivery teams.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to support continuous growth.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align offerings with client objectives.
Drive account strategy and build longterm relationships with prospective clients.
Represent the organization as a strategic partner capable of delivering engineering excellence and digital innovation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience selling engineering services to Oil & Gas operators (Upstream/Downstream).
Demonstrated success with brownfield project bids.
Familiarity with digital services including Control & Automation Instrumentation Data Analytics and System Integration is a plus.
Exposure to onsite/offshore and global delivery models is highly preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required
