DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and qualify new client opportunities in alignment with organizational strategic priorities.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers within the education sector.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders including academic staff administrative leaders and procurement professionals.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with decisionmakers at target institutions.
- Drive the sales process to close deals and meet or exceed revenue targets collaborating with partners as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and sectorspecific funding opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of highvalue accounts ensuring strong client engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and crossselling opportunities to enhance account value.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
- Monitor client satisfaction addressing concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value gather feedback and explore expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities pipeline progress and client communications in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Participate in internal sales meetings training sessions and professional development activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Italian (C1 and English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales business development or account management preferably within the education or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the education market including institutional structures key stakeholders and common challenges.
- Valid drivers license and flexibility to travel as needed for client engagement.
