Were looking for a highagency ambitious Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive accelerate decisionmaking and scale our most important initiatives.
The Chief of Staff will operate as a strategic right hand to the CEO helping run the business solve complex problems and lead key projects across OpsArmy. Youll work crossfunctionally with all departments manage executive priorities and build internal systems that enable growth. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to fasttrack into startup leadership by owning impact from day one.
Own the planning cadence: OKRs business reviews leadership offsites
Translate vision and strategy into actionable plans and outcomes
Ensure alignment across teams and surface roadblocks early
Build internal processes that improve and accountability
Drive special projects and solve operational pain points endtoend
Help prioritize CEO bandwidth keep the org focused on highleverage activities
Draft highimpact comms memos decks and updates for internal and external stakeholders
Act as a liaison between the CEO and crossfunctional leaders
Ensure meetings are purposeful and actionoriented (agendas notes followups)
Partner with hiring leads to scale the team and onboard new hires
Own special projects that accelerate business growth (e.g. gotomarket experiments operational partnerships talent development)

36 years of experience in a fastpaced highgrowth startup or tech company
Experience in BizOps consulting VC founders office or strategic project management
Proven track record of building systems solving ambiguous problems and driving outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong work ethic bias for action and exceptional attention to detail
Thrive in earlystage environments and love wearing many hats
Are obsessed with organization clarity and progress
Are emotionally intelligent tactful and naturally build trust with leadership
Love solving problems with a builder mindset and dont need a playbook
Want to be deeply embedded in how a company grows and help shape it
