Starting Pay Range: $19.23 hourly
Brief Job Description:
Support employees in all facets of technology; is also the first contact to remedy employee issues related to email security hardware software phones etc.
Job Responsibilities include:
Overseeing ticketing system timely response to end user requests and escalating issues to other members of the IT team when necessary
Helpdesk tasks including changing passwords installation of printers implementing security on file servers etc.
New user setup maintenance of user accounts and closing accounts in various systems (Active Directory Zoom etc.)
End user hardware support
Handling purchase requests
Installation and maintenance of multiple software applications
Microsoft Office support
Support of Zoom Phones
Requirements for this position include:
Efficient response to tickets email and phone requests
Experience with user account support in various software systems primarily AD
Ability to evaluate reported issues and escalate the issue if necessary
Willingness to travel to alternate LS locations across both regions
Effective communication
Attention to detail
Desire to deliver strong and reliable customer support
Understanding that our business and client information is highly confidential and a willingness to protect our client and employee data
