DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Semi Skilled Laborer you will perform skilled and semiskilled tasks in several trades under the supervision of the Facility Operations Supervisor. This will include performing all facets of general building maintenance repairs preventative maintenance and necessary building renovations. In this position you will receive work orders and complete the assigned tasks with other staff members or by assisting skilled tradesmen. Your duties will include installing electrical circuits lighting phones plumbing and other fixtures. You can expect to prep and paint surfaces install drywall and doors and repair masonry work. Additionally you will participate in snow removal safely utilize equipment and complete assigned preventative maintenance routinely.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs.
- Overtime and travel as needed
- Free parking!
- Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction;or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Condition of Employment:- This position requires possession of a valid Class C Drivers License.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will requirea medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including but not limited to PA State Police and FBI clearance.
