Job Title: Specialist Enrollment Communications

The enrollment communications specialist strategically develops writes and manages content to enhance recruitment efforts and support University enrollment goals for traditional graduate and online admissions. This position focuses on creating impactful accurate and brandaligned messaging across various channels. The role ensures all communications adhere strictly to departmental and University branding guidelines emphasizing accuracy grammatical excellence and strategic alignment.

Job Responsibilities and Execution
- Writes edits and implements strategic enrollment communications ensuring alignment with University branding and messaging guidelines
- Creates compelling targeted messaging for emails digital content print materials and texting campaigns by analyzing current and prior campaign performance
- Ensures topoffunnel communication including inquiry and application yield
- Collaborates with Enrollment and Marketing teams to maintain consistent and effective communication across all platforms
- Proofreads and reviews all enrollment materials to ensure accuracy clarity and adherence to branding standards
- Engages in regular secretshopping and auditing of all enrollment communications
- Assists with the coordination and scheduling of content releases to maximize impact and engagement
- Supports content direction for targeted recruitment initiatives and specific enrollmentfocused campaigns
Service Excellence
Communication Teamwork and Collaboration
- Partners with internal departments and external vendors to execute comprehensive communication plans
- Works closely with enrollment operations and analytics to align communication strategies with recruitment objectives
- Ensures collaborative review and feedback processes to maintain high standards in content creation
- Maintains effective documentation of communication processes to facilitate teamwork and clarity across teams

Required Qualifications An equivalent combination of education training and experience will be considered. Additional requirements may be designated by position.
- Bachelors degree in communications marketing journalism or related discipline
- Minimum two years experience in writing creating and executing marketing communication plans preferred
- Prior admissions and/or recruitment experience preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities May be representative but not all inclusive of the knowledge skills and abilities necessary to perform this job competently.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
- Superior writing proofreading editing and grammatical skills
- Proven ability to create concise engaging content for multiple platforms and various audiences
- Strong understanding of branding guidelines and the ability to apply them consistently
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and social media channels
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong problemsolving skills
