Job Description/Responsibilities

The Global Continuous Improvement Engineer drives productivity improvements across all plants by working with plant operations teams to resolve issues and develop efficient processes. The role focuses on improving Safety Quality Service Cost and overall Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE) ensuring plant performance meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
  • Develop and manage capital expenditure plans and budgets.
  • Manage and execute productivity projects ensuring ontime withinbudget completion.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve plant efficiency reduce costs and enhance safety and quality.
  • Monitor and meet performance KPIs including production line efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Assist with audits and regulatory compliance (OSHA EPA TTB).
  • Support capacity and OEE improvement projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

MustHave:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and technical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in process design implementation and improvement.
  • Knowledge of the Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • 2 years experience in driving change in a fastpaced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move between worksites and accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Hybrid work schedule from the Louisville office.
