Job Description
Contract Type: Fixed Term / Secondment (16 months)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Starting Salary is 35235 (Level one) rising to 37938 (Level 4)
Location:Eastcroft Depot London Road Nottingham NG3 2AH

Nottingham City Council is looking for a dynamic peoplefocused individual to lead and continue to grow our incredible network of 9000 Clean Champions a vibrant community of volunteers committed to keeping our city clean.
In this rewarding role youll:
- Support and inspire our volunteers ensuring they feel valued equipped and empowered to make a difference
- Design tools processes and training programmes to enhance the volunteer experience
- Work handinhand with our Waste Services teams promoting clean streets recycling and waste reduction across Nottingham
- Lead community engagement efforts that truly leave a mark on our environment and our people

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of best practice in volunteer management and/or community engagement
- Experience of the design of tools and resources to effectively engage volunteers and/or community supporters
- Experience of partnership working with colleagues and diverse communities. Building relationships and engaging at all levels.
- Ability to develop and deliver innovative engagement with communities and volunteers
- Ability to develop and implement processes including online reporting tools enable quick responses data collection and analysis
