Key skills and Qualifications:

Job Overview:
Part of the ValueAdded network Product team the purpose of the role is to manage NGFW Platform product (on prem DC & Managed Public Cloud) and achieve their strategic technical financial and customer satisfaction objectives. The NGFW Product provides globally for the Group Firewall and IPS services in close collaboration with Cyber Defense. This role will shape the strategy of the NGFW Platform in line with the Group strategic plans and manage the performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.
As a Team Manager you will be a key member of the Product Line Management team and will be managing the NGFW Platform team.
You will also play a key role together with the NGFW Product Owner in providing detailed technical information to our partners Opcos Markets customers and internal GO teams. Together with your team you will concentrate on Operational topics projects life cycle support for presales activities working with key accounts and field teams responding to solution engineers inquiries and assisting in Customer Proof of Concept trials.
The individual must be a highly motivated selfstarter well organized able to work independently and identify needs within the organization and address them as needed
Responsibilities:
o End to end responsible for the NGFW Platform Product
o Financial monitoring budget control budget reservation of you product
o Resource management of the team
o FTE and nonFTE budget management
o Define Product strategy with CTO and Cyber Defense
o Vendor management
o Close collaboration with Network Operations Service Management and Cyber Defense team
o Deliver technical presentations to customers partners internal sales and other GO teams
o Spend time with customers gathering feedback and then inject that feedback into the life cycle of the Product
o Analyze and understand market trends and the customer needs (in collaboration with PO and CTO)
o Responsible for Standard Work Requests on your product (definition process execution monitoring fe FW rule implementation)
o Contribute to the management of partnerships and supplier relationships
o Monitor and manage the cost structure related to the product
o Product Roadmap/ Life Cycle Management / Performance
o Develop and manage the product roadmap throughout the lifecycle from conception to retirement covering the quote to bill chain on ordering installation field services management monitoring support and billing
o Track the product(s) P&L revenue new business and profitability including competitive pricing of the product(s) in the marketplace to achieve desired sales volumes/optimized profit
o Product Marketing/Value Proposition/Market Intelligence
o Define and develop the product value proposition
o Product Pricing Strategy
o Define a pricing strategy for the product(s)
o Ensure that key players understand the pricing strategy and apply it
o Product Management Practice
o Ensure communication of the project plans progress tracking to all relevant parties.
o Comply with Product Management procedures and best practice
