Position: Paralegal

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research drafting legal documents and assisting attorneys with case management. The Paralegal will work closely with our legal team to support the companys legal needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and provide support to attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs pleadings and contracts
Organize and maintain legal files and documents
Assist with case management including scheduling hearings depositions and other legal proceedings
Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies
Communicate with clients witnesses and other parties involved in legal cases
Keep track of important deadlines and ensure all necessary documents are filed in a timely manner
Review and summarize legal documents and reports
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and other legal proceedings
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive legal information
Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
