Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our companys data and information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and risk management as well as excellent problemsolving and communication skills. This is a fulltime position and the successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement security policies procedures and guidelines to safeguard company data and systems Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities Monitor network and system activity for any suspicious or unauthorized behavior Investigate security incidents and provide timely and thorough reports to management Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the companys operations Stay uptodate with the latest security trends technologies and best practices Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the company Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing Assist with the development and maintenance of incident response plans Respond to security incidents and provide support in the event of a security breach Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity or information security role Strong knowledge of security protocols standards and best practices Experience with risk management vulnerability assessment and incident response Familiarity with network and system security including firewalls intrusion detection/prevention systems and encryption technologies Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CEH are preferred Why Work for Us At First Care Medical we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
