We are looking for a strategic operationsminded Executive Assistant who can act as an extension of the CEO someone capable of driving projects forward making decisions in ambiguity and serving as a thought partner and force multiplier. Youll support the CEO not just with calendar coordination but also with special projects internal communications and crossfunctional operations.
This is a highimpact role for someone who thrives in and strategy can contextswitch seamlessly and wants to be at the center of a growing startup.
Serve as a thought partner and right hand to the CEO on key business decisions and priorities
Lead and manage highpriority internal projects (e.g. new client onboarding processes team workflows product feedback loops)
Coordinate across departments to ensure initiatives are executed on time and aligned with company objectives
Prepare insights dashboards and updates that help the CEO and leadership team track progress toward goals
Own internal documentation and workflows to support team clarity and efficiency
Help build scalable systems across recruitment onboarding and performance tracking
Draft and streamline communications to clients team members and stakeholders
Proactively identify gaps in processes or communication and resolve them before they escalate
Manage scheduling prioritization and internal alignment around the CEOs calendar
Track followups and deliverables from meetings ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Prepare briefing documents internal notes and light presentation materials
Support email and message triage with a focus on prioritization and delegation
35 years in Chief of Staff EA to CEO BizOps or project/program management roles at highgrowth companies
Proven experience driving crossfunctional projects aligning stakeholders and executing with speed
Comfortable operating independently and solving openended problems
Systems thinker who naturally builds structure and clarity in ambiguous situations
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill complex ideas simply
Strong emotional intelligence and executive presence; knows when to push and when to listen
Confident presenting ideas asking hard questions and giving feedback
Strong command of task tracking and documentation tools (Notion ClickUp GSuite Slack)
Relentless followthrough with a high bar for quality and accountability
Comfortable contextswitching across multiple initiatives and managing competing priorities
Full Time
