What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative your key responsibilities will include:
Handling customer inquiries via phone chat and email while representing a renowned European automotive brand.
Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up through the CRM system.
Collaborating with your team to continually improve the customer journey.
Staying current on product offerings services and company policies to deliver accurate and timely information.
Creating warm positive interactions with every customer.
Using your knowledge of automotive and digital solutions to resolve technical issues and questions.
What Youll Bring
Youre a great match for this role if you:
Are fluent in French (C1 written and spoken) and have a solid level of English (B2.
Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments ideally in the automotive sector.
Have a passion for cars and digital technology.
Pay close attention to detail and stay well organized.
Possess excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive solutionfocused mindset.
