Were hiring a Community Engagement & Sales Specialist to support Zias outreach and business development initiatives across key dental industry communities. This person will act as the first impression of Zia and will be responsible for identifying engaging and nurturing relationships within online communities and professional groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify join and engage with relevant communities (LinkedIn groups Facebook groups associations etc..
Represent Zia as a professional and approachable voice across platforms.
Build and manage a network within assigned communities (e.g. DEO Denobi MTC).
Generate new sales leads by nurturing relationships and tracking engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to report insights and community feedback.
Actively participate in sales conversations and support outreach campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales business development or community management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with social media platforms and group/community navigation.
Creative thinker selfstarter and enthusiastic about growth.
