Position Title: Senior Design Manager
Location: Riyadh KSA
Reporting to: Design Director

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Overall Design Management Leadership & Responsibility for managing the delivery of design from Concept through to Detailed Design stages.
- Leadership of multiple diverse design consultants.
- Reporting direct to the Program Design Director.
- Overall management of Stakeholders / Consultants / Principals across the overall Program.
- Interfacing with all Program Stakeholders (internal and external) in fulfillment of role and ensuring optimum outcomes.
- Design management and review master development projects preparation of scope of service evaluation of tenders.
- Managing multiple Consultants and Contractors managing Hill Design & Technical Team and Clients.
- Identify scope gaps and suggest within a short time course of actions to rectify as necessary.
- Manages the RFI process and obtains required replies from the client.
- Perform redline reviews of all plans during each design stage for suggested value engineering.
- Contribute with the urban planning and design of product.
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture.
- A minimum 15 years of postgraduate experience on large mixeduse construction schemes and at least 5 years Regional Middle East experience (preferably KSA).
- Chartered Member of RIBA ARB (or equivalent).
- MUST have 5 years working with PMC organizations in Design Management.
- PMP CIOB or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong track record in delivering projects in a fastmoving and challenging environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications including excel and word.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
