Job Description
New Wire Marine is a fastgrowing innovative company on a mission to design build and deliver awesome custom boat dash and switch panels plus a wide range of other highquality marine components. Every day we balance oneofakind creative projects with repeat OEM production.
Who Were Looking For: Were looking for a Marine Customer Support Specialist who loves helping people and has handson experience with marine wiring or 12V electrical systems. If you enjoy solving problems and supporting customers in the boating world this could be a great fit. This role blends customer interaction product support and basic troubleshooting to ensure every customer has a great experience with New Wire Marine products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt friendly product and wiring support by phone email and inperson
- Troubleshoot basic 12V marine electrical wiring issues (training provided)
- Answer customer questions about our panels switches and marine electrical products
- Greet and assist walkin customers as the first point of contact
- Handle returns order updates (address changes item swaps) and related tasks
- Manage voicemails customer followups and general administrative duties
What Youll Need:
- Handson experience with 12V electrical systems boat wiring or marine electronics preferred
- Familiarity with boating or marine products is highly desirable
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Customer service experience especially in a manufacturing service or marine setting is a plus
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
