Team context: Comms & Marketing team of 5 (PR/Comms Campaigns Content Design) hiring to own and optimize website email marketing and lead gen.
Role description:
- Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns across web email and lead generation channels
- Own and manage Junis website UX CRO Website & Landingpages
- Lead email marketing strategy and execution
- Design and execute lead acquisition and enrichment strategies to fuel the top of funnel

Must haves:
- 35 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Experience in fintech banking accounting or finance industries
- Proven success managing websites (CMS UX SEO) and driving conversions
- Proficiency in email marketing and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot) with strong analytical capabilities
Nice to haves:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
