Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
- Leverages subject matter expertise to lead in the design and development of significant and technically challenging efforts across major program / product areas.
- Defines architectural standards tools and methodologies to ensure technical consistency and quality across the companys functional applications.
- Identifies adapts and applies new technologies that can help improve systems overall.
- Collaborates with senior members of development / functional departments across the company to share experiences and knowledge and to identify ways to simplify and integrate products.
- Works with management on the development of Software Engineering governance / performance management processes.
- Helps define develop and deliver training and education for systems users Software Engineering colleagues allied groups and other stakeholders.
- Identifies proprietary intellectual property and recommends patent applications.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BA/BS degree and 8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Masters degree preferred
- Strong skills on .NET and Azure services development and deployment.
