Organisation:Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO)
Work Location:Barnsdale Way Grove Park Enderby Leicester LE19 1ES
Salary: Grade
WorkingHours:37 Hours (Mon Thurs 8.30am 4.30pm Fri 8.30am 4pm)(Working hours can be flexible at Managers discretion).
ContractType:Permanent

About the Role
- Working as part of a small Accounts Payable team supporting our purchase to pay process:
- Timely posting and processing of supplier invoices.
- Always communicating with suppliers and other ESPO staff to resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Supporting weekly payment runs.
- It also includes some involvement in billing processes.
- In house training.
To apply for this post you must:
- Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in both Maths and English Grade C or above.
- Accounts Payable experience.
- Working as part of a team and the ability of also working on own initiative.
- Good communications skills
