Job Description

As an Account Coordinator you will play a key support role on the Client Services team. Working closely with Account Executives and Account Directors you help ensure the smooth execution of marketing and advertising campaigns by assisting in project coordination facilitating communication between clients and internal teams and managing key administrative tasks. You are detailoriented proactive and eager to learn with a passion for organization and collaboration.


Position Title: Bilingual Account Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Client Services

Objectives of this role:

  • Support Account Executives and Account Directors in the daytoday coordination of projects.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for information sharing between clients and internal teams.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams across departments.
  • Build foundational knowledge of agency processes marketing strategy and creative execution.
  • Assist in keeping timelines documentation and deliverables organized and up to date.

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns by coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Help prepare creative briefs meeting notes and task lists to support project progression.
  • Coordinate scheduling of internal and client meetings.
  • Ensure client feedback is accurately captured and shared with the appropriate teams.
  • Take initiative to support the team with any administrative or projectrelated needs.
  • Learn to use project management tools (e.g. Function Point) to enter and track tasks.
  • Assist with drafting reports contact reports and followups after meetings.
  • Maintain clear and organized project documentation including timelines budgets and status reports.
  • Participate in internal status meetings and client calls to help track action items and deliverables.

What you bring:

  • Postsecondary diploma in a related field
  • Client management experience and superior communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for learning about agency workflows and client industries
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
