DEPARTMENT
The Safety & Wellbeing team provides leadership strategic guidance systems risk reporting/monitoring and expert advice in key areas such as OHS management systems occupational violence manual handling and ergonomics workplace injury prevention and management emergency preparedness and wellbeing initiatives.
POSITION
The Safety and Wellbeing Training Lead will be responsible for managing the team that develop implement and continue to improve the safety and wellbeing training programs across the organisation. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the safety culture by ensuring that all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work safely and effectively. The role involves working closely with direct reports to ensure alignment in safety initiatives and programs while ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and organisational policies.
