Job Description
At Compass Group were transforming the way food and support services are delivered across a wide range of sectors. Were currently seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Business Partner Sector Services to join our team and help shape the future of procurement and service delivery.
About the Role
As a Business Partner Sector Services you will be the critical link between our procurement teams and operational sectors ensuring that food and related services meet operational and customer expectations. This role is pivotal in building strong stakeholder relationships driving continuous improvement resolving service issues and aligning procurement strategies with sector needs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Foodbuy and operational sector teams.
Understand sector needs business cycles and challenges to deliver tailored procurement solutions.
Lead proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyse service performance trends and develop solutions to systemic issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding logistics culinary and HSEQto ensure seamless service delivery.
Forecast demand based on historical data and sector cycles (e.g. seasonal changes new projects).
Track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership.
Support onboarding of new contracts and contribute to business development.
What Were Looking For
57 years of experience in procurement supply chain or a related rolehospitality or largescale operations preferred.
Strong skills in issue resolution data analysis and supplier performance management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
Strong project and change management skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Hospitality or a related discipline.
Relevant certifications (CPIM PMP) desirable but not essential.
