WHAT IS THE JOB

As the Senior Associate Performance Marketing you are pivotal to the success of our web business and paid media strategy. As a growth marketing subject matter expert you will own the development and execution of paid marketing campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to grow our fullfunnel digital presence. In this handson role youll collaborate closely with creative brand marketing email and web teams to drive new customer acquisition to hit sales and ROAS targets. Your passion and strong analytical mindset will help us optimize and expand our digital marketing program build stronger user experiences and achieve abovemarket growth. This is a fulltime salaried exempt position.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and optimize all paid media campaigns across search social and display in collaboration with external agencies and internal partners.
  • Assist in managing and allocating channel advertising budgets efficiently with agency partners to hit target ROAS across paid channels while maximizing growth.
  • Analyze paid media performance trends to identify optimization opportunities and actionable insights across paid media channels.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with creative web and email teams to plan and execute seasonal editorial calendars on a weekly monthly and seasonal basis.
  • Fully manage paid media campaign creation lifecycle from creative requests through final ad execution.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to internal teams bringing actionable insights crossfunctionally for ongoing optimization.
  • Assess new and emerging marketing channels based on brandfit and return opportunities for testing.
  • Managing the digital marketing roadmap including executing channel testing and A/B testing for ad copy and audience segments.
  • Stay informed with and communicate the latest trends competitive landscape best practices and critical updates in the digital space.

WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIALS

  • Experience: 3 or more years in performance or growth marketingrelated roles for ecommerce or DTC brands.
  • Technical Proficiency: Including managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns & analytics tools (Excel GA4 Meta Ads Google Ads etc).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics (ROAS CAC etc.).
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and coordination skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Lives in the details.
  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to effectively manage agency and technology partner relationships while maintaining accountability and collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Enthusiasm for handson involvement and a passion for channel growth and success.
