Job Title: Senior Property Manager

With an excellent reputation and ambitious plans for growth they are seeking a Senior Property Manager to take on a strategic leadership role within their successful team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties while also supporting and mentoring junior team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with leadership and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a residential portfolio ensuring properties are maintained and compliant with legislation
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior property managers helping with their professional development
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair works
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Oversee renewals and terminations of tenancy agreements ensuring legal compliance
- Stay updated on all property legislation and ensure full compliance across the portfolio
- Provide reports to landlords and Directors on portfolio performance and property status
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service for both landlords and tenants
- Play a key role in reviewing and improving internal systems and operational processes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager within lettings or property management
- Indepth knowledge of property management best practices legislation and health & safety
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
- Highly organised capable of managing a busy and varied workload
- Proactive problemsolving approach with attention to detail
- Valid UK driving license essential
- ARLA Propertymark qualification desirable (full training provided if not yet achieved)
Package and Benefits:
- Salary: 35k 40k depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 8:45am 5:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:45am 12.30pm
