THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our team at Canberra International Golf Centre where passion for customer service meets a love for golf! Were seeking friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our busy dynamic venue.
About the Role:
Youll be responsible for:
- Operating pointofsale systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Driving revenue through quality service and upselling techniques.
- Maintaining a clean hygienic and welcoming environment.
- Upholding grooming and hygiene standards.
- Completing opening/closing duties as needed.
- Following all workplace health safety and company procedures.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as required.
About You:
- Proven customer service experience in hospitality leisure or retail.
- A positive attitude with great communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
- Skilled in complaint handling and delivering timely resolutions.
- A genuine passion for golf is a plus!
