Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition ensuring the selection of highcaliber candidates (Mandatory skill).
- Vast experience in managing employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong background in performance management for setting and evaluating employee goals effectively.
- Thorough understanding of HR compliance issues to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs.

- Experience in HRIS management for efficient data handling and reporting capabilities.
