Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive to join our dedicated team at Podar Education Network headquartered in Mumbai. This fulltime position requires a dynamic individual with expertise in talent acquisition and a robust understanding of HR functions. The role demands strong skills in employee relations performance management HR compliance and more to support our educational excellence and innovation.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition ensuring the selection of highcaliber candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Vast experience in managing employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong background in performance management for setting and evaluating employee goals effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of HR compliance issues to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits to structure appealing and competitive employee packages.
  • Experience in HRIS management for efficient data handling and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive HR initiatives and facilitate collaboration.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition processes to recruit and onboard top talents aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs to enhance performance and morale.
  • Oversee performance management cycles ensuring evaluations are fair and developmentfocused.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with HR policies labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs that enhance employee capabilities and productivity.
  • Administer compensation strategies to retain talent and maintain equity within the organization.
  • Manage and optimize HRIS systems to facilitate accurate data management and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
