Summary of Position:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in various HR functions and contribute to the success of our organization.
Essential Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as performance management and employee development programs.
- Filing documents and answering employee inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Compensation Range:Hourly wage based on experience.
