Job Description
Key objectives of this roleCreate manage and report on key milestones that make up the various programs and projects that the division is delivering againstBusiness Management related functions supporting programs projects Budget capacity planningResponsible for all executive management reporting and the preparation and delivery of all supporting collateral including but not limited to the full maintenance of the project/program in Citi s Project Management ToolDaily program management and oversite throughout the lifecycle of transformation programsFocus on the creation and implementation of a robust Project governance controls structure Manage the risks and issues of the program and work with the teams to take corrective measurementsManage all stakeholders communicationInteract with the PMO group to manage the main program documentations according to Citis policies and proceduresInteract and manage the relationship with the assigned technical lead teams to understand critical milestones deliveries and releasesAsses risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citi its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations adhering to Policy applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior conduct and business practices and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these Candidate:Advanced years of experience as a Project and Program Manager. Strong and proven practical experience in project management which was gained through successfully managing large and complex years experience leading projects through Agile/Iterative experience using JIRA to manage Sprints and project Master and PMP certification strongly desiredExperience working in a technology division of a large banking institution desiredAbility to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program managementStrong leadership and management skillsExtremely organizedAdvanced presentation skills
