Youll own hiring strategy candidate experience and brand from org planning to thought leadership.
This is a rare role at the intersection of talent brand and growth perfect for someone from VC consulting or highgrowth ops.

  • Location: Munich Germany

  • Employment Type: FullTime indefinite term

  • Salary Range: 70.000 90.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

  • Officefirst work setup

  • Language Requirement: C1 Level English German preferred

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as a core team member in venture building helping Flexa grow not just headcount but momentum culture and reputation.

  • Accelerate company growthby identifying and bringing in the people who will shape Flexas tech data and product DNA.

  • Own a critical growth lever: hiring. From strategy to execution youll ensure we bring in toptier talent at speed and quality.

  • Drive Flexas presence in the market craft narratives attend events and build relationships that position us as a top destination for missiondriven tech talent.
    Work directly with founders and tech leadershipto design roles org structures and longterm hiring plans aligned with company strategy.

  • Build and scale highimpact hiring funnels combining creative sourcing sharp messaging and a deep understanding of what great looks like.

  • Shape the candidate journey as a brand experience making every touchpoint with Flexa memorable and meaningful.

  • Improve how we hire from tooling to process with a bias for speed clarity and founderquality execution.

Your Profile
  • Youve worked in or with fastscaling tech companies whether as a founder consultant or in a people/org role and understand how to build highperforming teams under pressure.

  • You have a strong understanding of technical talent and how to engage evaluate and excite the best engineers and data experts.

  • Youre a strategic thinker who can work backward from growth goals to define hiring priorities org design and process.

  • Youre energized by ownership and thrive in environments where you can build from zero not just optimize what already exists.

  • You know how to create structure and clarity even when priorities shift and you bring others along with confidence.

  • You bring a strong brand and storytelling instinct understanding how to shape perception and attract missionaligned people.

  • Youre processdriven but pragmatic you seek automation and efficiency without overengineering.

  • Youre a strong communicator and collaborator comfortable working directly with founders and technical leadership.

Hello!

Im Fabian Cofounder at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance I transitioned into the consulting industry where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on I was hooked.
