General description
Ensure the Agile team lives Agile values and principles and follows the preagreed Agile processes and practices. Facilitate the work of the team clears obstacles helping the team to be more efficient and protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
Department Platform Security description
The Platform Security department provides the engineering (platform process and automation) themanagement(configuration andlife cycle) andsupport(24/7)for thesecurity owned platforms neededfor CISO to offeritsservices.
These services include:
- Internal securityservices:WEB proxy AVMalware protection IDS/IPS and firewall security management& optimization
- Customer securityservices:Application Reverse Proxy and Web Application firewalls
- PKI Crypto andkeymanagement services.
- Enterprise cryptography Operations
Role & Responsibilities:
- Tribe Vision Implementation
- Tribe transformation objectives with the support of TSM (in particular for tools and methodologies)
- Work together with the Tribe Management team supporting theTribe Agile roadmap and/or OKRs in coordination with SDM (customer satisfaction for instance) How tribe vision is transformed in Quarter objectives example on QP Q3 2024 tribe vision Q3Q4
- Tribe business objective (delivery) > Tribe backlog and Tribe KPIs or OKR in coordination with SDM
- Tribe roadmap TPO drives the Squad roadmap drafting and the workshop to merge it in a tribe roadmap and budget prevision for the following year withthe support of Tribe ochestration team. TPO drives the business value and may go up to create value cards for the next year roadmap tribe objectives to support the negotiation by the tribe lead to CISO MC.
- Tribe Budget TribePO needs to help with defining our overview of external demands coming from the 12 FlagShips the already known or new other projects (based on input via QP).
- Tribe Backlog
- Create a tribe backlog overview
- Integrate / prioritize euroclears flagship programs our own Tribe demands
- Add external demands from QP input into our backlog
- Discuss all major dependencies and prerequisites not delivered by other tribes.
- Streamline of coordination with our stakeholder > a uniqueway to drive stakeholder feedback feed it to the squads
- Epic refinement in tribe backlog > build a connection between epic roadmap and squad product refinements
Requirements:
- Experience as a Tribe PO or strong Product Ownership skills
- Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the tribe and organization.
- Backlog Management : Prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring it reflects the most valuable work for the team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations.
- UserCentric Approach: Understand and advocate for the needs and pain points of the endusers through continuous engagement and feedback.
- Agile Methodologies: Proficiently apply agile principles and practices to facilitate smooth and efficient product development3.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform decisions track progress and measure success.
- Technical Understanding: Have a solid grasp of the technical security aspects of the product
- Handinhand with the Tribe lead and Tribe Scrum Master motivate the tribe to deliver qualitative services and run a qualitative service in the organization
