About the Role:

Clutch is seeking a Sales Team Lead for our PreSale Retail Team to manage and scale our team of advisors. As a handson leader you will work directly with customers and your team to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience. You will lead by example coach team members and ensure the teams performance aligns with Clutchs goals.

What Youll Do:

  • Personally manage highimpact customer interactions modeling best practices in communication and problemsolving.
  • Lead mentor and develop a team of 56 PreSale advisors setting clear expectations and providing actionable feedback.
  • Partner with leadership to set team goals and strategies ensuring alignment with Clutchs business objectives.
  • Monitor key metrics (# of dials connects and checkouts) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to create seamless workstreams and ensure alignment.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador championing Clutchs mission and values in every interaction.

All About You:

  • At least 12 years of experience in a leadership role preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • A selfstarter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about redefining the carbuying and selling experience.
  • Ownershiporiented with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Must be comfortable working 100% onsite at our Mississauga facility.
  • Must to avaliable to work on weekends and evenings hours.
