The Digital Integration Specialist would act as a Product Owner for various Digital projects including but not limited to ecommerce and other enhancements to our .ca properties. During the duration of the project the specialist would be project lead within CE and window to IT to coordinate all resources and effort for projects. Will lead develop execute track analyze and report on project progress. Finally prepare for a smooth transition to longterm maintenance of the newly designed websites upon project completion and participate in the longterm maintenance items such as (but not limited to): Model Launches Content Entry SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Sprint planning/demos and maintain processes/governance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Product Owner (PO) of various projects:
Work with overall project Scrum team (IT Marketing Agency Technical vendor) to ensure project requirements and approvals are received ontime and of the highest quality.
Includes coordination of overall efforts internal approvals ensuring highest website standards are met in preparation for future state initiatives.
Communication of projects:
Responsible for ongoing communication and updates of overall project to business and key stakeholders.
Business Implementation activities:
Work with and coordinate efforts with other business units to ensure a smooth and transparent project launch and transition into maintenance including any training that might be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
University Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or Business
Google Analytics or Google Marketing Platform certification is an asset
5 years in progressive digital marketing roles OR Project management in a fastpaced environment
Overall project management; Sitecore training or experience and Agile experience an asset
Strong problem solving multitasking and organizational abilities
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Develops and maintains good working relationships with all members of the team and all stakeholders
Enjoys teambuilding approach of management and department and shares results
Please note that as of November 2nd 2025 we will be moving to a four day in office one day work from home model for current hybrid roles.
