Role: Senior Marketing Manager

As a Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing the fullfunnel marketing strategy and managing a multimilliondollar budget for the fastestgrowing forex trading provider in the US. This role will report directly to Senior Management. The Senior Marketing Manager role is a senior role that requires a sound understanding of financial services marketing and superior prioritization skills to achieve aggressive growth targets which include performance compensation incentives.

What youll do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive holistic marketing strategies and plans focused on brand awareness acquisition & customer retention
• Manage multimilliondollar marketing budget across digital channels
• Develop execute and optimize fullfunnel integrated campaigns by working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams (Ops Growth Brand CX etc.)
• Define key performance indicators and set performance targets for marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.
• Create and distribute marketing campaign briefs to internal production teams
• Partner with marketing intelligence to communicate performance results regularly to senior stakeholders
• Gather relevant market data (consumer competitive advertising trends) to help formulate marketing strategy
• Partner with legal compliance brand and commercial teams to develop marketing promotions and ensure all marketing is compliant and onbrand

Who you are:

• 35 yrs experience working in a the Financial Services Industry
• Experience or interest in learning about the world of FX trading and financial markets
• Conversant in brand and CRM as well as acquisition including paid social display/programmatic search SEO partnerships etc.
• Detailoriented and strong project management skills ability to juggle projects with many crossfunctional teams
• Expertise using data to drive marketing decisions proficiency in Google Analytics

Salary Range: $135000 $140000
The actual salary offered will be based on the candidates level of experience and qualifications
