The Opportunity:
Were hiring a Dog Park Supervisor to help lead our Park operations. This role is responsible for managing the guest experience supporting a highperforming team and maintaining a safe efficient environment during all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts
- Support Social team members with realtime coaching problemsolving and feedback
- Ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all guestsboth human and canine
- Address and escalate guest concerns safety incidents or team issues appropriately
- Assist in executing events
- Drive revenue by identifying opportunities to upsell services merchandise and memberships
- Contribute to building a strong team culture and positive workplace
- Document and escalate employee performance concerns as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in hospitality service or pet environments
- 1 year in a supervisory lead or shift management role
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Organized reliable and able to prioritize in a fastpaced setting
- Available to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Comfortable working in an environment with dogs and their owners

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including outdoors in all weather
- Must be 21 years or older
