Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Manager with operational experience to lead the implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent project management skills and the ability to drive operational efficiency within Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the endtoend delivery of Salesforce projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget. Develop project plans timelines and resource allocations.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams ensuring best practices and standards are followed in Salesforce architecture design and implementation.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with Salesforce vendors and thirdparty partners negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met. Manage vendor performance and resolve any issues promptly.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of Salesforce initiatives aligning project goals with organizational objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce technology to achieve business growth.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements define project objectives and communicate project status risks and issues.
Operational Efficiency: Leverage operational experience to streamline processes within Salesforce projects identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Team Management: Build and manage a highperforming team of Salesforce developers administrators and analysts. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of highquality solutions. Conduct code reviews and oversee testing activities.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues developing contingency plans as needed.
Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and delivery with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and custom development.
Proven experience in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Operational experience in overseeing Salesforcerelated processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
Knowledge of integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Informatica) and patterns.

Experience & Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 6 years of directlyrelated or relevant experience preferably in IT project management or IT delivery.
