As part of our commitment to operational excellence and technical expertise we are looking for a Tech Ops engineer to support us in our mission to grow and innovate our tech infrastructure.
The Tech Ops Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients/ Services troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain andmonitorinternal IT infrastructure including serversnetworksandenterpriseapplications
- Troubleshoot hardware software and systemrelated issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage endpoint management systems (e.g. IntuneBaramundi Apple BM).
- Collaborate with security development and support teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes access management and device provisioning.
- Maintain documentationoffertrainingsto internal employees
Thats What You Bring Along
- Provenexperience in atechnical operations system administration or ITService/ Helpdeskrole.
- Strong knowledge of Windowsand/ormacOSenvironments
- Experience with customer communication centric service/support roles
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Configuration and administration of enterprise services (Azure OKTA Atlassian Apple Business)
- Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell Bash Python etc.)
- Certifications such asGoogle Microsoft AWS or similar are a plus.
- English B2/C1 optionally German B2
