Join AETHER to support Intrapreneurial Projects as a Senior Project Manager Consultant (Start date Summer 2025):
The experience we are actively looking for:
Senior profile with extensive experience in heavy industry environments (mining metallurgy etc).
Proven expertise in managing and overseeing industrial revamping projects of 1015 m (brown field).
The scope of this intrapreneurial project is the complete revamping of a critical manufacturing equipment.
The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant are:
- Project Scope Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct comprehensive analyses to assess the viability and potential return on investment of proposed projects.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee project budgets ensuring adherence to financial constraints and objectives.
- Scheduling: Create detailed project timelines monitor progress and implement adjustments to maintain alignment with project goals.
- Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams assigning tasks and ensuring effective communication among all project participants.
- Contract Management: Oversee procurement processes negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety environmental and quality standards.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders highlighting project milestones financial status and any emerging issues.
- Commissioning and Handover: Oversee the final testing commissioning and transition of completed projects to operational teams.
