Sphirea Plus is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will assist the events team with logistics vendor coordination onsite support and postevent evaluations. This role requires excellent organizational skills flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of events from concept to completion
Coordinate with vendors venues and service providers
Manage event setup and breakdown logistics
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Support the team with administrative duties such as scheduling inventory and budgeting
Provide onsite event support and troubleshooting as needed
Collect feedback and prepare postevent reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in hospitality event planning or related field preferred
Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
